Responsibility and Main Tasks:

1. 安全：确保安全体系得到执行，识别潜在安全风险并持续改进，达到安全零事故

2. 质量：贯彻执行公司质量体系要求，积极参与质量改进，持续提高员工的质量意识，提供满足质量要求的产品

3. 成本：合理制定预算并加以执行，降低生产过程中的浪费

4. 设备：积极参与设备可靠性的提高，落实设备的点检和保养，推动关键设备的备品备件管理

5. PO：持续推动车间范围的PEC/DEC/WPO/CSD/FI改进

6. 纪律：确保公司规章制度被遵守及时管理偏差

7. 人员发展：为个人发展提供发展平台并给予培训和辅导，提高员工的敬业度

8. 团队建设： 推动HPT和支持部门的沟通和合作，认可积极的团队合作和成果

9. 交付：确保生产计划的有效达成持续提高客户满意度

10. 激励和授权：驱动激励和授权在组织内的执行

Qualification:

1. 熟悉轮胎生产流程，有生产相关管理经验

2. 熟练操作办公软件和公司系统软件

3. 具备一定的IE和精益六西格玛知识和改善能力

4. 具备一定的质量意识和分析改善能力

5. 具备时间管理和流程管理能力

6. 有效沟通/ 互助合作/ 工作管理/ 激励他人/ 持续改善/ 后续追踪
