Quality Engineer - Curing

主要职责：

1. 你将制定固化配方，控制和改进固化工艺;
2. 你会用DMAIC和3 Leg 5 Why方法解决固化浪费；
3. 你将负责确认和处理报警轮胎，找出根本原因和改进措施;符合OEM要求。

要求：

1. 你拥有大学专科及以上学历，高分子橡胶或机械相关专业。本科生可放宽至工科类专业。

2. 你有橡胶相关行业1~3年经验，优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑。

3. 你有良好的英语读写能力，通过CET-4级。口语交流能力为加分项。
