职责与主要工作任务：

1. 你需要与其他部门配合，主导所有新产品以及既有产品均一性、平衡性的持续改进来满足OEM的要求；

2. 你将会负责解决轮胎均一性和/或平衡性问题。

要求：

1. 你拥有大学专科及以上学历，高分子橡胶专业。本科生可放宽至工科类专业。

2. 你有橡胶相关行业1~3年经验，优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑。

3. 你有良好的英语读写能力，通过CET-4级。口语交流能力为加分项。
