AP Accounts Reconciliation Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Perform reconciliation by providing analysis in accounting records/transactions particularly related to invoice processing (i.e GRIR, DFC accounts and others), and payment processing (Control - Trade/Non Trade accounts and others) timely and accurately within the required SLA & KPI.
• Prepare journal entries as needed
• Perform and assist with regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
• Review and monitor compliance of reconciliation processing to terms and in accordance with Company Policy and Controls.
• Review and ensure all reports and reconciliations processed and matched in accordance with agreed reconciliation policies and controls.   
• Sort, review, match and process various Accounts Payable general ledger and other related accounts for reconciliations.
• Reviews and analyzes business process to recommend solutions for improvement.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies for timely payment.
• Participates in conducting adhoc research by generating reports and analyzing data through the use of Excel, pivot tables, Powerpoint, etc
• Delivery of reports to management, to include audit requirements both for internal and external auditors within the agreed timeframe and in the required format

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or related course.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable payment processes and general accounting procedures.
• Good proficiency of Computer Applications with Basic to intermediate Excel skills and of ERP systems.
• Experience of data entry and data management in a high volume environment.
• Experience on relevant computer applications (Excel skills) and ERP systems, SAP is highly preferred.
• Be able to work on flexible schedule
• Experience in GL Reconciliation is required
• Amenable working in a Day Shift schedule
• LI-Hybrid
