Job Responsibilities
- Extract data for Financial Reporting
- Creates reporting packs including variance tables and charts
- Extraction of data for preparation of forecasts and simulations
- Uploads and submits of monthly forecast data
- Validate and control checks of submitted data
- Support the local country team in preparation of analytical task and ad-hoc data
- Participate in implementation of new procedures
- Work to identify opportunities for automation or standardization
- Copy best practice from co-workers and share new methods identified
- Performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
- Maintenance of process documentation
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of FP&A - previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis or reporting would be an advantage.
- Experience in budgeting & forecasting, variance analysis is preferred
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience working with large amounts of data is highly desired
- Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) is required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Other language skills may be a further benefit.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management.
- Must be amenable to work in Day Shift and hybrid setup
