Job Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for the end to end Benefits processing, payment, and administration. The incumbent will also serve as a first point of contact for all benefits related inquiries
    • Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., retirement plans, loans program, leave policies, insurance policies, Bereavement assistance etc.)
    • Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
    • Making recommendations based on data analyse
  • Monitoring government regulations, legislations, and benefit trends. Managing the enrollment, renewal, and the distribution process
  • Responsible for the hire to retire systems data management process, which may include, but not limited to:
    • Hire to retire data maintenance in SAP HRIS and Goodyear Access and ID Management System ensuring 100% accuracy. Receives and manages employee data maintenance requests such as employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal/non-personal data, employee category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals
    • Communicate with HR and business leaders to ensure robust document management and address any gaps which can include, support delivery of all documentation processes including scanning and storage of physical records / documents, managing access and circulation, and retention and deletion (201 file management)
    • Responsible for headcount related and cost center data management reporting and analytics
    • Expat Management, Vendor Creation for Master Data’s Vendor Entry
    • Resource person for total rewards
    • Support DOLE audit requirements when requested

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in any Business or HR Related Course
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working and facilitating Benefits Administration on a fast- paced environment
  • Experience in SAP HRIS (HR and Data/Process management preferred)
  • Experience of working with SAP or equivalent database required
  • Experience of identifying and implementing process and/or technology changes to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness
  • Excellent proficiency of Computer Applications with Advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Office platforms primarily on Excel
  • Organization and prioritization skills, ability to manage workload and respect deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, managing conflicting priorities, in a fast- paced environment, and being open to change
  • Ability to work as part of a team, Customer-focused and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral for English and has a passion to interact with different individuals, building and maintaining relationships
  • Possesses high ethical standards and honesty as the is responsible for ensuring a company adheres to required regulations
