IAM / IT Risk and Security Analyst

Summary of the Position:

The Identity and Access Management Analyst will be a member of Global IT Risk & Security and will work in partnership with their team members and other parts of IT, to develop, test, configure, install, and implement IAM solutions. Experience with IAM products such as SailPoint and Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra are preferred but not required. Developing and configuring connectors to multiple applications, user provisioning, password management, certification and role management are also preferred. This position must be able to conduct business matters for sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

• You will troubleshoot potential security problems reported by customers, systems or team members.

• You will participate in various cyber security projects as a team member and lead smaller efforts.

• You will assist in technical support of security related to third party software, operating systems, or databases.

• You will work with Deskside support, server administration and other parts of information technology to remediate security service incidents.

• You will use a log management tool (Splunk), develop search procedures and dashboards as required to identify and remediate cyber security or product incidents.

Requirements:

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology

• You must have relevant technical know-how or Business work experience in a global organization

• You must have good knowledge of Windows, networking, IT security tools and basic coding

• Nice to have: SailPoint, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra

• You must have very good communication skills: Ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences

• You must have the ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences

• You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You must be willing to go on a night shift and hybrid work setup
