IT Risk and Security Sr. Analyst - Privileged Access Engineer

This position will be a member of Global IT Risk & Security. The incumbent will work in partnership with their team members & other parts of IT, and be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues and errors with existing privileged accounts, and handling issues escalated from level 1 support as well as, coordinate with server operations teams for patches, updates, and server maintenance, monitoring and responding to alerts from CyberArk PAS or external monitoring tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting issues and errors with existing privileged accounts, and handling issues escalated from level 1 support (IT service desk or server operations teams)                                                  
• Coordinate with server operations teams for patches, updates, and server maintenance, monitoring and responding to alerts from CyberArk PAS or external monitoring tools
• Escalate issues to the Privileged Access Management Engineering team or interface with CyberArk Support as needed    
• Implement change management of test and production environments, add/change/delete privileged accounts based on server/infrastructure changes
• Use, refine, and develop new Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts for monitoring of privileged access controls and when investigating operational issues

Experience:

• Experience supporting CyberArk PAS, Delinea, or BeyondTrust in a medium-to-large enterprise environment preferred
  Experience supporting Microsoft AD, Microsoft Windows Server, and/or UNIX/Linux operating systems and their security controls preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Have familiarity with software development, automation, or scripting preferred
• Hold CyberArk certification(s), such as Trustee, Defender, Sentry, or Guardian preferred
• Hold any information security certification(s), such as Security+, CISSP, or GIAC certifications preferred
