Job Responsibilities:

OTD Role

• Manage the day to day Order To Delivery operations by ensuring timely, reliable and cost efficient way of servicing customer orders.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Process customer orders including sales order creation, stock allocation, back-order processing, invoicing and credit memo processing
• Monitor status of orders and shipments and prepare regular updates to customers
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Importation and Logistics

• Ensure 3PL full compliance to Service Level Agreement such as on time delivery, correct usage of delivery units, inventory accuracy, good warehousing practices, safety compliance
• Responsible for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements
• Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities within Supply Chain
• Arranging customs clearance with the broker
• Monitoring/coordinating container arrival in the warehouse
• Verifies T&W billings from 3rd party providers

Demand Management Support

• Support Supply Chain Business Partner in data gathering related to demand forecasting
• Helps in demand forecast uploading in SAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related courses
• Experience Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Control and Supply Chain.
• Preferably with experience in dealing with concerned Government agencies related to Import/ Export activities like Bureau of Customs, Department of Trade/ Bureau of Product Standards.
