Primary Purpose of the Position:

• Coordinate and monitor raw materials’ supply chain operations
• Collaborate with internal/ external stakeholders through joint processes to achieve On-Time-In-Full
• Optimize shipping procedures for maximum efficiency
• Supply chain KPI management

Job Description:

Raw materials’ supply chain operations

• Customer order processing based on planning cycle
• Coordinate with raw material suppliers, ocean carriers and packaging vendors to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) as per customer request date of delivery, volume, and any specific request
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Specialists to set priorities and rules in resolving supply constraints from raw material suppliers, ocean carriers and packaging vendors
• Proactive feedback of supply chain related issues to Senior Supply Chain Manager for corrective plans
• Escalate suppliers related issues to Procurement & Quality attention
• Supporting ad-hoc requests from customers and various functions

Shipping Procedures:

• Issuance of Shipping Instruction (SI) to raw material suppliers and packaging vendors for customer order execution
• Create booking request to ocean carriers and follow through on Booking Confirmation (BC)
• Compliance to Global Ocean Freight contracted volumes by lane and by carrier
• Compliance to Global non-wood packaging requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, raw material suppliers and banks for timely documentation processing
• Provision of shipping documents to customers for cargo clearance

Supply Chain KPIs measurement:

• Data accuracy for KPIs measurement
• Inventory days of supply
• Back-order & backlog

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Supply Chain/Logistics or related
• 2-3 years Supply chain management experience, FMCG industry working background is preferred
• Familiar with international trade
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship management skills
• Self-awareness, and be able to deal with different nationality/ culture
