Primary Purpose of this Position


This position will be a member of the Global IT Strategic Support Team (ITSS). The incumbent will be the SME for SAP TM and LE-Transportation . Will work in partnership with global & cross-functional business / ITSS Workstream leaders focusing on identifying possible permanent fix and continuous improvement on the module of concern. This position is responsible for helping develop and configure long term solutions and support functional solutions on a global level. 


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide level II incident resolution following the documentations available
  • Accountable for ensuring failed jobs are recovered related to SAP TM / LE-Transportation (firefighting) 
  • Must create new documentations for new issues
  • Must collaborate with different SAP workstreams to Identify and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues
  • Create Autosys job scheduling requests fore SAP TM / LE-Transportation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot frequent job failures especially for high-impact jobs, escalating issues as needed for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to gather and document requirements for Continuous Improvement. 
  • Follow established procedures to execute and monitor scheduled jobs, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain documentation for Autosys job flows, dependencies, and operational procedures.


Job Requirements 
•    Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline
•    Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in SAP TM / LE-Transportation 
•    This role will be fully dedicated on monitoring and supervising SAP TM but will have the opportunity to learn other modules as long as the bandwidth allows
•    Ability to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service to the business; works to anticipate, identify and meet end-user needs; drives outward results and ensures high-quality standards are met
•    Strong verbal and written communication with a strong command of spoken and written English
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; takes on responsible roles and accountability for outcomes.
•    Amenable to work on mid-shift or night-shift or to work flexible working hours as needed 
•    Willing to be on-call (weekday & weekend)
