Senior FP&A Analyst (Mid shift)

Job Responsibilities

• You are responsible for identifying areas for efficiencies and cost savings
• You will be proactively monitoring of projects and and successful articulation of its status and impact to stakeholders
• You will manage communication and effective cascade of information to all relevant departments
• You will handle/manage more complex processes and issue resolution
• You will prepare and/or review financial reporting to identify and explain reasons behind variances to forecast, plan or previous performance
• You will review financial reporting to ensure accuracy of data provided and flag anomalies for further investigation
• You will consolidate, manage, and review submission of forecast scenarios and forecast reports, ensure assumptions are documented
• You will be responsible in identification and implementation of opportunities for automation and process standardisation
• You will support a culture of sharing best practice and continuous improvement
• You will be responsible for performance management and development of a team
• You will be proactively monitoring of quality of work to address issues before customers are impacted
• You will be coaching the team to continuosly strive for improved performance
• You will be responsible in allocation of work between analysts
• You will be flexible in supporting multiple countries and peak periods
• You will monitor performance of tasks against agreed Service Levels and Metrics
• You will review quality and ensure maintenance of process documentation
• You will provide cover for the team members to support vacation or sickness

Job Requirements

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• You must have previous Finance experience in a multinational company
• You must have an Accounting professional accreditation
• You must have knowledge of FP&A – previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis and reporting
• Your Previous experience in business partnering or leading a small team is advantage
• You must have strong analytical skills and business acumen
• You must have experience working with a large amount of data
• You must have previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) would be a benefit, but not essential
• You must have good knowledge of MS Excel with ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately
• You must have ability to work as part of a remote team
• You must have strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries
• Must be amenable to work in Midshift and hybrid setup
