This position is a member of Global IT and responsible for leading the design, delivery and functional support of IT Service Management and/or Strategic Portfolio Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role will collaborate closely with global & cross functional business/IT teams to analyze processes, understand requirements, design scalable and efficient processes and to ensure solution delivery in alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

 

Specific responsibilities include identifying opportunities to enhance existing operations, assuming leadership role on medium sized initiatives, develop solutions to complex problems.     
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with business/IT stakeholders to analyze business/technical needs, gather and analyze process requirements.
  • You will design end-to-end business processes within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • You will implement new solutions through ServiceNow module configuration and creation of functional specifications.
  • You will assume leadership role in a medium size initiative by playing the key contributor, facilitator or group lead of cross functional teams, including ServiceNow developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of process solutions.
  • You will conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • You will stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and new features and assess their impact on existing processes and solutions.
  • You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will conduct cost/benefit analysis through evaluation of alternative design approaches to determine best-balanced solution. Best-balanced solution is one that satisfies the immediate stakeholder needs, meets system requirements and facilitates subsequent change. 
  • You will do troubleshoot, investigate and persist. Develop solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist by applying logic and inference with creativity and initiative. Provide cross-functional support and maintenance for responsible business/technical areas.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • You must haveBachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline 
  • You must have minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT
  • You must have minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration & implementation 
  • You must have expert knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM and/or SPM with strong capability to perform configuration and/or development activities
  • You have at least solid understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL best practices
  • You have strong process and solution design capabilities across functions and applications.
  • You have proven experience in designing and implementing complex business processes in the ServiceNow platform.
  • You must be expert in ServiceNow ITSM and/or SPM with strong capability to perform configuration and/or development activities.
  • You must haveServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
  • You must have experience with ServiceNow CSDM, Process Automation, Workflow Engine, and/or Integration Hub is an advantage.
  • You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
