We are looking for a SharePoint Support Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Support team and provide technical support for our SharePoint environment. You will be responsible for resolving issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, security, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services. You will also assist with SharePoint site design, configuration, migration, and administration projects.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for SharePoint Online and on-premises users, resolving issues related to:
  • Navigation and functionality
  • Permissions and access control
  • Document libraries and lists
  • Workflows and automation
  • Search and content retrieval.
  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint environments for performance and security.
  • Perform user provisioning and manage permissions within SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with SharePoint site design, configuration, and migration projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues, leveraging PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features and functionality through ongoing learning and certification.
  • Document knowledge and procedures for internal use.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of SharePoint solutions.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • With 3-5 years of experience supporting SharePoint Online environments.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its integration with SharePoint.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with evolving technologies.
  • Certifications in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or related technologies are preferred.
  • Must be willing to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig
