Supply Chain Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• You will be operational responsibility for key supply planning ,freight tracking , costing or invoice verification for one or more countries in a geography supported by GBS supply chain.
• You will be involved in continuous Improvement initiatives/projects related to the supply chain blocks of work migrated to GBS SCSS.
• You will coordinates order placement and follow up in a timely manner with various suppliers in AP or outside of AP    
  • Creation of the PO/STO as per final confirmation from vendors as as cascaded by regional supply  planning team.
  • Unfilled order follow up and closure with the countries and suppliers
  • Creates inbound delivery for the geography as required for freight tracking
• You will be responsible to handle the invoice verification and costing activities for one or more countries in a geography.
• You will be responsible for other GBS transactional work required to support the supply chain activities of the geography.
• You will help consolidate and report to stakeholders the metrics pertaining to the performance of work assigned by the countries. 
• You will assiststhe GBS Supply Chain Shared Services Team in assessing transactional blocks of work for supply chain processes that can be migrated to shared services.
• You will participates in projects to bring additional supply chain related work into GBS.        
• You will assist the SCSS Team Lead to summarize geographic performance on a regular basis (ie, weekly, monthly, annually) or as needed to support external reporting or benchmarking.
• You will help the  SCSS TL develop back up plans as needed for vacations, vacancies, etc for the group.
• You will learnand developsskills in end to end supply chain and Goodyear Supply Chain key processes
• You will represent SCSS in GBS-designated functions as required – ie, pillars, cross-functional teams on sports fest or other GBS events.

Job Requirements

• You must have a Bachelor of Science in  Business Administration / IT / Supply Chain, or equivalent
• You must have minimum 2-3 years in production planning or customer service/Logistics in a multinational corporation
• Your Supply Chain Supply Planning in a regional capacity is preferred
• Your Country Supply Planning in Asia country with import planning responsibility is desired
• You must high functional knowledge of PC based software – MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint at minimum.
• You must have high level knowledge of SAP operating modules related to supply planning work
• You must have effective verbal and written communication
• You must have good interpersonal skills
