Job Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, may it be with HR Business Partners, In- Country HR Representatives, Global and Regional TM COE representatives, or Learning Management Organization, to execute service level agreement/ requirements alignment that will support effective management services and administration activity for the countries being supported, including the execution of the delivery of the online learning content or talent and learning services to meet full requirements
  • Undertake and conduct regular reviews with customers and stakeholders on the progress of talent and learning management services activities
  • Enforce proper execution of workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience and exceed expectations 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, in-country HR representatives, and TM-COE, and/or with other HR colleagues to gain a better understanding of the learning resource planning process and training administration demands
  • Lead process streamline projects that will standardize, centralize, and automate, if possible, Talent and Learning activities within the region
  • Communicate and articulate expectations to team members, re-align if required, gather inputs and suggestions for better team engagement. Moves decisively with calculated risks on issues or concerns that may need immediate action, related to performance, motivation, and development of team members
  • Develop and coach specialists and other team members through continuous performance feedback and career discussions to ensure a highly motivated and performing team
  • Ability to take on rudimentary and tactical roles and responsibilities when required as well as to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations of the stakeholders
  • Collaborate with respective teams to inform, prepare, and assist in the review, testing, and implementation of all system upgrades, patches, and in addition document the process, results and outcomes
  • Consolidate different information and data for customer presentation and performance updates ans come up with recommendations and other sustainable solutions
  • Communicate progress and wins of the team.
  • Provide updates and recommendations to stakeholders of which will deliver a decrease in the frequency and severity of system issues reported by end-users. Work with multiple external vendors, set expectations, and deliver agreements as required
  • Conduct quality audits to meet accuracy and timeliness targets set for all in-scope activities
  • Support the whole HRSSC organization is devising continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable and manageable processes and activities


Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree courses
  • At least 6 years of experience in the end to end Learning & Development administration in a Talent Shared Service Center or BPO set-up
  • At least 6 years of experience in Talent Data Analytics
  • Familiar and working knowledge on different learning management systems, preferably on SAP
  • Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction
  • Previous experience in leading a team & management of remote stakeholders across multiple countries in Asia
  • Strong project management background
  • Strong understanding of Talent Management Process
  • Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications
  • Strong presentation skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates
  • Strong data analytics, data interpretation and ability to effectively communicate information
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills
