Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidates for interview
    • Ensure calendars invites are sent to the candidate and hiring manager
    • Ensure interview schedule is set up in Applicant tracking system.
    • Remind candidates of their schedules a day or on the day of their interviews
    • Monitor interviews real time to ensure there are no technical issues
  • Offer Letters
    • Update candidate offer details in Applicant Tracking system
    • Create offer letter for candidate either via Applicant Tracking System or manually via word
    • Double check offer details in Applicant Tracking system or manually created
    • Send offer letter to designated approvers via applicant tracking system or via email
    • Send offer letter to candidate and obtain signature
    • Upload fully signed offer letter in Applicant tracking system
  • Conduct Pre employment checks
    • Call referees or candidates for reference check
    • Fill up required forms and save final report in shared drive
    • Send End of day completion report for reference checks
  • Complete the hire record
    • Send stage 2 application to candidate via Applicant tracking system
    • Review offer details and other important information in applicant tracking system before closing the requisition
    • Move candidate to hired stage in Applicant tracking system
    • Inform recruiter that the requisition is now closed

 

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree courses
  • 0-1 years of experience in recruitment. Fresh Graduates are eligible to apply.
  • Must have skills organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management.
  • Nice to have recruitment background, experience in use of applicant tracking system, case management or sourcing tools.
  • Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction.  
  • Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications.
  • Strong presentable skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization skills
