Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Spanish and Portuguese Speaker

Primary Purpose of the Position


In this position, the incumbent will be overall responsible for executing all Talent Acquisition administration activities including interview scheduling, background checks, creation of offer letters, sending of offer letters to candidates, and facilitating stage 2 application supporting different countries based on Goodyear recruitment strategy.  The incumbent will administer all recruitment processes based on talent hiring requirements in partnership and alignment with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and/or hiring managers from different countries supporting Goodyear offices.


The incumbent will also need to manage efforts that will create more cost-effective, timely, and high-quality recruitment undertakings that will yield quality and favorable candidates based on hiring manager expectations and/or specific functional requirements.  


Job Responsibilities


Screen and Select Candidates

Schedule candidates for interview

o    Ensure calendars invites are sent to the candidate and hiring manager

o    Ensure the interview schedule is set up in the Applicant tracking system.

o    Remind candidates of their schedules a day or on the day of their interviews

o    Monitor interviews real-time to ensure there are no technical issues



Manage new hire/rehire

Offer Letters

o    Update candidate offer details in Applicant Tracking system

o    Create an offer letter for a candidate either via Applicant Tracking System or manually via word

o    Double-check offer details in Applicant Tracking system or manually created

o    Send offer letter to designated approvers via applicant tracking system or via email

o    Send offer letter to the candidate and obtain a signature

o    Upload fully signed offer letter in Applicant tracking system

Conduct Pre-employment checks

o    Call referees or candidates for reference check

o    Fill up required forms and save the final report in a shared drive

o    Send End of day completion report for reference checks

Complete the hiring record

o    Send stage 2 application to the candidate via the Applicant tracking system

o    Review offer details and other important information in the applicant tracking system before closing the requisition

o    Move candidate to the hired stage in Applicant tracking system

o    Inform recruiter that the requisition is now closed


Job Qualifications


  • Graduate of any 4-year degree courses. Graduate of Human Resources Management (desired)
  •  0-1 year of experience in recruitment. Fresh Graduates are eligible to apply
  • Must have skills organizational skills in scheduling, logistics, and document management.Nice to have a recruitment background, experience in the use of applicant tracking systems, case management, or sourcing tools
  • Nice to have experience working in a virtual environment
  • Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction.  
  • Candidate must be fluent in speaking Spanish and Portuguese language – both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications
  • Strong presentable skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Nice to have: Process improvement skills
