Job Responsibilities:
Integrated PDP & Succession Management Strategy

  • Develop an integrated PDP & Succession Management strategy for AP & ASEAN that meets our business objectives & aligns with the growth strategy. Leverage Talent Analytics to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
  • Devise a comms, change management & capability plan to upskill HR, Managers & Associates in PDP/Talent Planning Process
  • Achieve execution excellence in deployment of Succession Planning process across AP & for ASEAN businesses/functions that are aligned with global succession process.
  • Build a culture of “talking talent” throughout AP/ASEAN markets resulting in a strong & diverse leadership pipeline.
  • Actively promote in-depth talent discussions, action planning to develop successors for all identified "Critical roles" through differentiated IDP development
  • Consult on relevant talent assessment tools

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Achieve execution excellence in deployment of L&D strategy
  • Prepare and drive the deployment of annual learning calendar (leveraging GCD) for ASEAN, in alignment with AP Regional/Global
  • Drive usage & adoption of GY competencies, leadership programs & learning platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders to build & sustain a culture of continuous learning through innovative solutions 

Culture & Engagement

  • Partner with HRD ASEAN & Country Leadership Teams to shape culture, enable associate engagement, and improve individual and organizational performance by leveraging data from exit surveys, attrition, and pulse surveys

Continuous Improvement/Global Partnership

  • Build an "HR Brand" for talent management so that all associates are aware of and fully benefiting from available development tools and processes
  • Closely work with Global PDP & Succession COE to represent the region’s feedback regularly. Participate in and/or deploy new talent processes within AP/ASEAN


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, education, or marketing
  • At least 10 years of human resources experience, with at least 5 years focusing on talent management with a heavy emphasis in the areas of PDP, Succession Planning, Engagement, Leadership Development & Training & Org. Development & Effectiveness. Background in PMO  & Change Management is a plus
  • Must have talent management experience at all levels of the organization from executive leaders to hourly manufacturing associates
  • Exposure to industrial, consumer, and/or customer-centric business is ideal, particularly those with a reputation for effective talent management processes. Experience in a matrix environment is critical
  • Proven success in high-performing, relationship-driven cultures
  • Additional experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus
  • Open to all candidates based in ASEAN - Role will be based in the candidate's home country
