Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support in the implementation of TR programs, policies, and processes for ASEAN countries:

  • First level review and analysis of salary proposal needing TR approval.
  • Evaluate Jobs based on TR process for Below E05 level positions. Provide assistance in the JE for E05 and above level
  • Partner with country HR POCs to ensure TR compliance and timely monitoring of ASEAN data consolidation:
  • Ensure country compliance to the TR approval Matrix.
  • Coordinate with country HR all needed data consolidation and monitor timely compliance.

Provide support in the ASEAN & Regional annual merit planning process and ASEAN review analysis and reporting.:

  • Conduct Comp Module walkthroughs during Merit planning.
  • Provide assistance to country HRs or Direct Managers for Comp Module-related inquiries
  • Guide ASEAN country HR in the processing of Annual Incentive Plans (Local & Regional AIP)
  • Initiate ASEAN Annual Sales Incentive Plans design, review & approvals

Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting survey inputs and subsequent data extraction and analysis.

  • Ensuring AP country compliance to the needed survey data uploads.
  • Provide assistance during the Annual Rate Range Development
  • Create and Manage AP Sharepoint drive to ensure proper TR documentation such as Job evaluations, salary movements, and Benefits renewals & proposals. 
  • Provide AP TR support, as needed


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably in Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience or exposure in Job evaluation, merit increase planning, incentive program design and implementation, reward and recognition programs, etc.
  • Experiences across regions are preferred
  • Ability to contract with external agencies to understand/interpret market trends and use them to refine TR strategy/plans 
  • Good conceptual knowledge and working experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate and retain employees and drive desired business outcomes in a cost-effective way
  • Exposure/ knowledge in TR modules, such as salary survey/benchmarking & salary structure, job matching & IPE, Merit planning, and incentive & retention programs is an advantage
  • The capability of handling project-orientated work
