Warehousing Manager Poland

Job location: Tarnów


Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead and set direction of local warehousing operations with the support of team members (specialists, professionals and 3PLs), in alignment with corporate standards and company strategy.
  • Monitor, manage and control costs in reference to actual budgets, financial review of operations
  • Open to tightly cooperate with other EMEA warehousing, logistics execution and other connected department areas (transport including market distribution, customer service, supply execution planning, manufacturing, finance)
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement in operational execution activities
  • Insure compliance with top level of operational quality related to markets, safety standards and all other connected regulations
  • Managing customs activities for TC Dębica and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations in Poland


    The Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, economics or technical studies
  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment, with minimum 5-7 years of management in logistics execution areas
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing and management methodologies
  • Basic understanding of corporate rules and other financial rules related to warehousing/logistics
  • Standard knowledge of audits, KPIs and other regular controls
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • High level of energy, engagement proactive attitude to execute the task
  • Demonstration: courage, confidence, decisiveness and ability to take calculated risk
  • Good sense for commercial business expectations and operational execution
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
