Primary Purpose of the Position

• In charge of managing IT Department and associates and maintaining overall IT services to continuously support business operations according to organizational business strategy, with SOX , non-SOX and corporate regulation compliance
• Constitute concrete execution plan with regular update  to develop, motivate  and maintain solid IT team, in area of people development, knowledge transfer& management, in order to facilitate resource sharing across the country and region
• Supporting local and regional IT projects and ad-hoc assignments to achieve business result


Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspect of people, resource and process for capacity planning, KPI setup, continuous improvement to drive high level of IT service delivery within the country
  • Ensure IT operation standards, processes and procedures are executed and comply against SLA, Cyber, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Non-SOX for IT systems and devices in the country  
  • Execute and monitor local project development and communicate progression to all stakeholders. Be part of the regional manufacturing team to collaborate and share resources & best practice and bring best values to country for continuous improvement. Be the voice of country for any global and regional IT projects execution             
  • Plan, manage and control IT AOP and CAPEX Budget to efficiently meet business objectives and deliver results 
  • Build a high performing team through people development, career pathing and succession planning to meet Top Talent and IT Center of Excellency Establish development measures and appraise the performance of subordinates


Job Requirements:

  • Work location: Nakai 338, Tatsuno-cho,Hyogo
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields
  • Knowledge of Functional & Technical SAP, IT infrastructure (Switches, Server, LAN/WAN, etc.) and application development
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in variety of IT support and operations (i.e. SAP, System, Infrastructure and application development)
  • 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • Ability to translate business requirement into IT solutions
  • Understanding of SAP - Basis/ Processes / Configurations / Master data
  • Ability to manage/lead & build team & interact effectively with IT team members
  • Understanding ITIL, Project Management Methodology
  • Knowledge of SOX and IT security framework (desired)
  • Good Leadership, innovative, and communication skills
  • Ability to deal, negotiate and have vendor & contract management
  • Excellent system & business analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of IT field and in-depth knowledge & technical expertise of multi-area
  • Intermediate knowledge of management principles. Has knowledge of creative means to recognize team and individual accomplishments
  • Able to handle multi projects simultaneously
  • Proficient both in English and Japanese language (oral and written)
  • Have the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal and able to work well under complex working environment
  • Good presentation skills, and meeting leadership and facilitation skills
