The Manufacturing Technician - Alignment is responsible for the machine alignment on First Stage (drum and segment alignment, C/V checks, bead concentricity and visual air pressure checks on bead and stitchers) and Second Stage (shaft and T-ring over belt drum alignment, air drum and t-ring concentricity) radial building machines. In this role, you will be adjusting tolerance machines to report maintenance concerns. The ideal candidate will maintain meticulous data records to ensure accurate documentation for Maintenance, Quality and Production departments.

  • Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected. Basic Computer skills preferred.

Shift Information: 12-hr shift (potential for days or nights)

  • 2-2-3 continuous work schedule (This scheduling allows for some natural overtime and gives a three-day weekend every other week)

Work Environment: Texarkana, AR Plant

  • The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory.
  • The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.
  • Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future 
  • Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
