Manage to sustain and enhance existing relationships with airline customers, Maintenance Repair Organisations and Airframe manufacturers.
- Incident tire handling and follow up with legal, quality and customer
- Follow up of (new radial lightweight) sizes at our customers
- Provide meaningful field data to the global technical team
- Collect systematic field data
- Landing data
- Wear analysis
- General tire handling to maximize performance and financial benefit
- Support CPL accounts
- Retread level escalation
- Answer customer technical questions
- Customer training on CMM with a focus on how the customer is performing
Experience
- 4-5 years experience with tires, tire technical, tire development and tire building
- Sales experience -Experience selling a highly technical product through face to face contact in a competitive b to b environment.
- Aviation and/or aviation tire expericence - pilot, maintenance, engineering, or other experience related to aircraft and/or aviation tires is preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and meet required deadlines and objectives
- Understanding of (aircraft) tire design and construction and how some impacts cost and performance.
- Knowledge of new and retread tire manufacturing process
- Ability to communicate through oral and written methods
