Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Responsible from "order-receipt" all the way to "After sales services" and everything in-between for our key accounts (CPL/SUP/TEP). 
  • Coordinate all logistic, warehouse and stock movements related for the assigned accounts.
  • Keep control of the contracted tire pool from a volume and growth perspective.
  • Strong collaboration with sales and other functional areas to deliver operational excellence according to the one team philosophy. Be aware of the wider business environment.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Single point of contact for all external and internal relations in combination with the assigned accounts. Accurate order processing and follow-up. 
  • End-to-End logistic, warehousing and stock responsibility. Including delivery of tires and pickup of worn casings on multiple locations on daily basis. Including all customs related handlings when applicable.
  • Based on demand and forecast optimize tire injections. Follow up on rejection and production status to keep the conditions of the pool in optimal shape.
  • Improve services and processes to meet and exceed internal requirements and customers's expectations.
  • Continuously develop individual skills according to development plan.  Contribute to best practice transfer and improvement of overall team performance. Contribute to projects, Internal and external Audits.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Willing to follow additional training
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both in oral and written communication
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400, SAP) - Familiar and comfortable with supply online portals
  • Able to interact with a wide variety (diversity) of internal and external customers
  • Interpersonal skills: flexibility, diplomacy and tact / Psychological mindset (Able to perform under pressure, Hands-on mentality, Able to multi-task, Be self-assured and accurate, Pro-active)
  • Teamworker
  • To communicate clearly and effectively
  • Knowledge about incoterms, VAT regulations are a big plus.
