ポジションの主要目的 (キーとなる目標をリストする)

• 正確な貸借対照表、損益計算書作成の為、費目、資産勘定の入力、記載                        
• 管理部長の経理事務補助                        
• 買掛金帳票、売掛金帳票、資金繰り表等の作成。                        
• 支払い申請 

原則職務と責務

• 取引業者から取得した請求書の仕分け、起票。        
• 月次、年次決算にむけての資料作成。        
• 貸借対照表、損益計算書への振替伝票入力。        
• 売掛金消込処理。        
• 経理関係帳票類の管理。        

資格

• 経理知識(日商簿記３級以上) / 経理知識(日商簿記1級以上)
• 2年以上の経理事務経験
• 基本的なexcel、word入力

About the Position:

• Mainly execution of Account Payable functions, including Closing, Fixed Assets, IBS, GL and Debit Memo.                                  
• Support Controller in the management of all accounts, ledgers and report in J GAAP & US GAAP.                                   
• Process journal entries and reconciliation for accurate balance sheet accounts.                                       
• Closing, Forecast and Reporting for Goodyear Aviation Japan.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Process external vendor invoices and journal entries.        
• Month-end and year-end financial closing (incl. statutory account and audit).        
• Balance sheet account reconciliation.        
• Forecast and actual reporting for Goodyear Aviation Japan        
• Communicate with businesss partners within the company to understand changes in the business and how such changes will impact J GAAP & US GAAP accounting.        

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting / Nissho Book Keeping 2nd grade or CPA
• Experience in accounting department and business analysis experience for 3 years or more
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Business level English
