HR Manager (NGY)

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Support Recruiting

  • Supporting to clarify the hiring requirement with functional departments, and give necessary advices to the departments such as the process of hiring, appropriate hiring method, timing, cost, etc.
  • Role as "a recruiting hub" between Talent Acquisition Team in GBS and departments which needs recruitment. She/he will have a meeting with TA Team before recruiting, and decide the recruiting method, timing, and cost.
  • Supporting TA Team especially when using Japanese recruiting media.
  • Managing internal transferring instead of hiring external as needed
  • Managing Contractors such as contacting Contractor Company, managing contracts.

 

Talent Management

  • According to the TM Manager of AP Region, She/he will manage the trainings issues, make a long and short list for the designated trainings and decide the candidates with HR Director of NGY.
  • According to the whole schedule of AP Region, managing the Year End Performance review and Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  • Introducing the training courses to NGY employees.

 

Talent Development

  • Managing "Talent Development Interview System" between the boss and associates which will start from 2022 July in NGY. She/He will prepare the format to be used and make a schedule of this system. A part of the results of the interviews will be summarized into GTMS by each associate.   
  • Responsible for the "Talent Development Reviews" which will be held function by function after the Talent Development Interviews. 
  • Supporting to make a rotation plan and succession plan based on the information which is shared in the "Talent Development Reviews".
  • Establishing a career pass for sales function in this year, and expanding to other functions from next year. It will be managed and maintained by her/him.

 

HRIS management

  • Responsible for HRIS System and HR information

 

Job Requirements:

 

Professional HR experience:-

  • More than 7 years’ experience in a industry as an HR manager or an HR staff (Experience in a manufacturing industry would be desired)
  • Experience in controlling Career Pass System with training system.
  • Experience in controlling HR system such as job grade system, Salary control system, or Evaluation system, etc.
  • Attitude to respect other persons and different opinions.
  • Agile footwork
