  • 国内倉庫(2桁数)の全般的な物流サービスの管理。国内全域の顧客に対する商品の保管、荷役、配送を遅延なく適切な状態でお届けするオペレーションを各倉庫との日々のコミュニケーションにより遂行する。このポジションにはカスタマーサービスチームと日々連動し、お客様からの商品、配送に対するクレーム対応や改善策の導入行為も含まれる。                        
  • 契約する3PL各社において適切な費用を維持し、また事前に合意したサービスレベルに対する各種KPIを堅守することを管理する。また費用の請求支払についても滞りなく実施することを注視する。                        
  • 年間予算(物流費)を達成するため、各種費用削減活動を主体となって推進する。そのために複数の(費用を削減を目的とした)プロジェクトを企画立案、導入する。各種データの集計、レポーティング、特にビッグデータの集計分析をエクセル、BI、社内各種システムを使用し日々実施する。                       
  • 既存のしくみを使用し集計されたデータを物流活動の効率を改善するために分析し、各種改善活動に使用する。既存のレポートに捉われず、新たな手法でのデータ収集並びに分析を能動的に実施する。更にIT分野の各種プロジェクト(SAP、各種BIの導入、部門や国を横断的に跨るプロジェクト含む)に参画し、効果的なシステムの導入に尽力する。                           






About the Position:

  • Manage and control storage/product handling capability in NGY DCs as well as transportation services to customers in order to supply right products to right customers in right timing. This includes dealing with various types of customer claims for both product quality & logistics services
  • Secure appropriate logistics service and cost. Pre-aligned KPIs need to be maintained and the right amount needs to be invoiced by 3PLs.
  • Generate logistics cost saving. Various cost saving project needs to seek and run in order to achieve Annual Operating Plan. This includes activities of analysis/planning/negotiation with 3PLs. 
  • Consolidate & Analyze logistics data for existing report creation for improving operational efficiency. This extend to developping a new reports / joining IT(SAP) related projects / various support for network assessment / redesign initiative to work with the Head of OTD and regional OTD team. Also, support the Head of OTD for warehousing/distribution budget and tracking.


Job Responsibilities:


Manage 3PLs' Warehouse and Transport operation

  • Have deep understanding on 3PL contract condition, price and agreed KPIs
  • Monitor 3PL's operation and cost and negotiate with 3PLs for better cost and services
  • Minimize secondary deliveries cost, and stock transfer cost among DCs
  • Overflow warehouse searching and contract."        

Responsible for critical claims and requests from customers and 3PLs

  • By aligning with customer service function and resolve day by day operational issues from T&W physical operation and product quality related.
  • Dealing with 3PLs agreed KPIs and NGYs (RDD & OTIF) 


Seek and Run various cost saving projects

  • Visit warehouses and run active communication with them to deep dive for any saving opportunities.
  • Analyze big data's and reports for cost saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate with 3PLs for further cost savings opportunities


Execute daily business processes within appropriate internal controls.

  • Stock rebalancing orders and Inventory adjustments.
  • Masterdatas, holiday management, warehouse supplies, disasters measures, barcodes tracking, year end stock count, etc.
  • Support procurement function for 3PL contract extension/bidding activities.     

Consolidate/Develop/Analyze logistics data

  • Deeply understand NGY's logistics cost/budget structure and 3PL's contracts
  • Report/analyze big data as well as appropriate periodical tracking
  • Run 3PL meetings and create periodical reporting
  • Support network development and redesign initiatives     


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Operation, Production Planning, Statistic Analysis are advantage 
  • More than 5 years of experiences in Consumer Goods
  • More than 5 years of experiences in Supply Chain
  • More than 5 years of experiences in one of those functions - Production Control, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics Planning is preferable
  • Knowledge on consumer goods distribution, logistics, supply chain management
  • Experience in reporting / planning in consumer goods company.
  • Highly advanced capability for operating MS Excel
  • Continuously improvement lead and collaboration work with related functions.
  • Intermediate capability for operating Powerpoint and presentation experience
  • English in reading/writing/speaking
  • Experience in tire or automotive industry is preferable.
