Job Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with Japan Original Equipment (JOE) customers as well as strengthen a teamwork and internally in line with the current improving situation of OE Division.
- Focus on the priority issue to contribute for achieving the department goal especially the business win with automotive manufacturing industry.
- To improve the relationship with each customer, moreover, have an integral role in the contact situation with customer to generate the appropriate formation matching with hierarchy organization.
- Take a role for building up the specific business approach with Automotive Manufacturing industry by leading Sales Manager and Director
- Coaching and mentorship to junior colleagues on actual training close to customer.
Job Requirements:
- University Graduate
- At least 10 years working for Automotive Parts Industry as manager level in Japan Original Equipment (JOE) business.
- Experience of working with Global and Regional HQ, including overseas assignment.
- Knowledge of the Japan Original Equipment (JOE) customers and the business culture in Japan
- Ability to work with multi-functional team through collaboration
- Strong background in planning and executing projects
- English communication skills – Business Level / Japanese Native
- Experience as a supplier/vendor of Automotive Manufacturing industry is an advantage
