About the Position:

  • To promote the expansion of NGY's aftermarket tire sales, the company aims to establish friendly and continuous relationships with nationwide tire mass retailers (Auto shop), e-commerce sites, etc., and to expand tire sales and increase profits. To expand sales of NGY's aftermarket tires, we will establish friendly and continuous relationships with nationwide sales channels, such as major tire mass retailers (car shops), e-commerce sites, etc., to expand tire sales and increase profits. 
  • Build commercial distribution and logistics for new business, (especially e-commerce business), implement the strategic plan built together with other NGY departments, and follow the instructions of supervisors to progress business with customers and with NGY.  
  • Capture key account positions, growth potential, sales expansion potential, develop customer strategies, and calculate sales profitability.                        
  • Actively gather information on markets, channels, competitors, etc. and marketing mix, etc., to formulate strategies.      


Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer strategy development. (Can develop strategies based on marketing mix, etc.)        
  • Establishment of sales process and profitability.        
  • Identification of market trends in the tire and automotive-related industries; acquisition of competitive information, analysis and reporting.        
  • Knowledge of selling on e-commerce sites, markets and IT       


Job Requirements:

  • College graduate / Key Account Management experience
  • English language skills (daily English conversation, writing in English)
  • At least 7 years of experience in the key account business.
  • Sales skills -Experienced in key account management.
  • Communication Skills -High ability to get information from customers. Ability to collaborate  with other departments within the company .
  • Basic IT knowledge and intermediate PC skills.
  • Ability to collect information on market channels and competitors.
  • Knowledge of tire industry and automotive industry.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Presentation skills
