Job Responsibilities:

  • Capture the sales and management status of the-sales-rep-responsible distributors and national account customers to support the customer's business management, to keep a sustainable relationship with the custormer.
  • Analyze the issues observed with the branch-area customers, to propose a resolution plan.
  • Capture information on the branch-area market condition and competitor products and prices, to draw up our responding action plans. Report the information to the area sales manager.
  • Support the sales rep who is in charge of the customer.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or any related field
  • 3+ years' sales experience 
  • Knowledge in Tire/Automotive industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with the customers
  • Good presentation skills





  • 担当代理店、ナショナルアカウント顧客の販売状況、経営状況を把握し、顧客の経営を支援し、継続的な関係を維持する。                                                
  • 担当顧客の問題点を分析し、解決策を検討、実行する。                                               
  • 担当エリアの市況、競合他社の商品、価格を把握し、支店長に報告する。                                    
  • 担当顧客の営業マンの支援          



  • 3年以上の営業経験




  • タイヤ性能、タイヤ業界の知識
  • 顧客とのコミュニケーション能力
  • プレゼンテーション力
