About the Role 

You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager OTR AP, the primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the OTR operational processes (Export & Import Shipments) & internal order processes.  

Key responsibilities will include:

• Order management such as placing and maintaining orders on all global plants for supply into Asia. Maintaining order status report for all open PO’s

• Customer Liaison for order status and documentation for all Export shipments

• Liaise with all Business Development managers for order status and clearance for all Replacement imports

• Maintaining daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices & Landed costs into Australia

• Provide back up for customer service associate and support for AP OTR Supply Chain manager.

About You

You will have a keen eye for detail and have a high level of organization skills.  You will be able to prioritise your workload, work proactively and meet deadlines.

You will also have;

• 3 years’ experience in import / export logistics role essential

• SAP experience desirable

• High organizational skills

• Great people and relationship building skills
