Truck Fleet Key account manager BeLux (m/f)

The opportunity 


Primary purpose of the position:

  • To implement the Sales Strategy & Proposition to sell GYDU fleet services to National & International Fleet Customers with tire potentials in excess of 500 annually.
  • To manage the tender process, price negotiations and regular operational reviews with Key National Fleet Accounts.
  • To support the local Sales Team to prospect, develop and win new Fleet Business in Belux.



  • Develop strong relationships with key Fleet Customers nationwide.
  • Develop a prospect strategy to develop opportunities to win new business and grow existing Fleet Customer business.
  • Deliver Fleet business (tire and service provision) to agreed sales, annual objectives, as measured on monthly Fleet sales reporting, and as discussed in monthly sales meetings.
  • Input sales trends, by brand, segment to Field Sales Manager for Belux fleet business.
  • Manage local tenders to make sure they are submitted to the highest standard consistently.  Consistently benchmark GYDU submissions versus competition to enhance future submissions.
  • Manage existing Fleet Customer expectations. Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to deliver on Fleet customer contractual SLA’s. Continually benchmark competitive and internal processes, sales proposition, to develop ‘Best in Class’, in partnership with the Field Sales Manager.
  • Develop & support the sales Team. Develop/align sales strategy, sales priorities, service proposition, pricing models, to leverage all experience and knowledge, whilst driving capability.
  • Ensure a BeNeLux Reference Status: share best practice examples within BeNeLux & EMEA.



To join our team you will need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.



  • At least between 5 and 7 years of experience of developing relationships with Customers and Service providers up to MD levels.
  • Understanding of tender management and of Fleet industry 
  • Asset: previous experience with service providers both independent and national companies, tire management experience, fleet industry public procurement process experience
