Customer Service Representative - Contact Centre

About You
Passionate about all things Sales and Customer Experience related, you will have a positive outlook and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be a driven sales 'people person' who thrives on interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting the business, selling products, and resolving customer problems. Navigating multiple systems and IT programs will come naturally to you and you will be a quick independent learner.
•    Previous work experience in a call centre environment, preferably business to business
•    Experience in an external customer-facing sales role
•    Previous experience within the automotive industry is highly regarded but not mandatory
•    Experience in managing customer expectations and complaints/concerns
•    Track record of achieving sales results
•    Working autonomously and as part of a team
About the Role 
Working in our Truganina call centre, you will be responsible for: 
•    Inbound – respond quickly and timely to various incoming queries (voice, emails, online, etc) from customers who want to place orders and or have general or product inquiries across multiple tyre segments
•    Inbound - manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer product or service problems and provide general information across multiple platforms (voice, email, online, etc)
•    Outbound - conduct outbound calls to designated customers with a sales/marketing/promotional offers or customer service call Making sales or recommendations for products and or services that suit customer needs
•    Building lasting relationships with customers, field sales teams and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
•    Comply with established GDT guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care
•    Contribute to the shared Sales and Financial objectives of the business

This is a full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week. Hours of work are rostered between 6AM to 7PM during daylight savings and then we revert back to 6AM to 6PM Mon to Fri. Saturdays are optional, 8AM to 12Noon.
