After Sales Fleet Specialist The Netherlands

Primary Purpose of the position:
Operational support Fleet Online Solutions customers and Fleets
Operational control and support Serviceproviders (Tire Specialists)
Internal support for Sales, FOS (Fleet Online System), Fleet Backoffice, Customer service

Responsibilities:

• Build day-to-day relationship with customer workshops to facilitate operations
• Monitor the service quality delivered by Goodyear service partners to contracted PPK fleets, including:
• Conduct regular operational audits and fleet inspections on contracted fleets to audit SLA compliance and check FOS data integrity
• Promote Casing collection process through training and support at partners to ensure return of all removed tires from PPK vehicles
• Inspection of removed casings/carcasses to check validity of removal reasons and ensure the maximization of tire life on PPK contracts
• Processing of damaged tires, including validation and identification of damage, as well as ensuring completion of fleet’s damage tire process
• Optimize use of part-worn inventory through identification of reusable stock and allocation/delivery to partners for re-use
• Conduct initial fleet check to onboard new PPK fleets, utilising TyreOptix 
• Monitoring and tracking of tire mileage, involving use of systems such as TPMS to gather accurate mileage data
• Promote eJob utilisation through technician training and demonstrations
• Support utilization of solutions through technician and fleet training and ensure the correct configuration of vehicles in the field

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Languages:
Fluent in Dutch. 

Fluent in English.

Experience:
Background or working experience in the automotive - and in particular After Sales or Sales experience for 2 or 3 years- will be considered a great asset.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Tire & Solutions (TPMS) knowledge
• Practicable knowledge of truck tire service and maintenance including working knowledge of commercial vehicle layouts and operations
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines 
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, tools, and equipment related to fleet maintenance and tire services
• Strong customer service skills to interact with drivers, technicians, fleet managers, and other internal or external customers.
