This Business Process Consultant is responsible for executing projects related to implementation of Goodyear’s own Point of Sales solution. Evaluates existing processes, organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems. Measures performance against process requirements.


The first job of Business Process Consultant will be:

  • Support Goodyear’s Franchise partners to use Goodyear’s own Point of Sales solution for Tire Fitters, Garages and Car Service stations.  
  • Model and optimize business processes in ​​the area of trade and the related subjects like logistics, stock management, financial accounting and controlling.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction in processes or systems through efficient and effective interaction as well as collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Give support to partners remotely and on site.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders on the further development of the solution with a focus to define standardized processes and solutions.
  • Work in an international team with multiple stakeholders to create and maintain an European solution.



  • Experience with small sized ERP solutions, preferable Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business informatics, business administration or related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in the field of IT Business Software.
  • Secure communication in Polish and English to internal and external stakeholders. A third central European language like Czech or Romanian is desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge in project management.
  • Willing and able to travel in Poland, Central Europe and EMEA.
  • Responsibility, independence and accountability.
  • Good time management / Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Teamwork and Leadership.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills.


Additionally nice to have:

  • Practical knowledge of business processes (Finance/ Accounting/ Logistic in Retail).
  • Working experience with COGNOS.
