Key Account Manager International Accounts Motorcycle EMEA

 

 


 

Key responsibilities: 

•    Lead sustainable business and brand activation in designated area (Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltics) and designated aligned European Accounts 
•    Everyday activity in the field to develop the market knowledge and the relationship with customers
•    Responsible for planning & execution of the sales & marketing plan with the accounts
•    Be a key member of the European Motorcycle Team at setting overall business direction & contribute to team capability development
•    Deliver defined Motorcycle business objectives (volume, Mix, Revenue, SOM)                                                                                                                                                                                                  
•    Implement & execute Market Value Proposition, Sales Projects
•    Marketing activities proposal, cooperation and alignment with local and regional marketing department
•    Continuous cooperation with Customer Service and Demand Planning regarding conditions, pricing and deliveries
•    Deliver Product trainings to Associates and Customers                                                                                                                      
•    Manage customer database, CRM administration
•    Regional Reporting to Head of Sales based in the Netherlands 

 

Requirements: 
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in sales area, preferably as KAM for an international organization 
•    Motorcycle-specific work experience (or at least demonstrated interest & understanding of the motorcycle industry) 
•    Successful track record in account management and delivering sales results 
•    Ability to building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
•    Working independently with general supervision
•    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
•    Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent command of English (spoken & written); interacting in this language with customers on a daily basis 
•    Flexibility in terms of business travels (approximately 50%) 
•    Nice to have: communicative command of German (spoken & written) 
•    Nice to have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP Cloud for Customer system
