Define Brand portfolio trade marketing strategy by channel and typology of customer (A/B/C/D) across Hubs

  • Understand trade marketing requirements by channel and typology of customer across Hubs (length of offer, mix, activation, sell in/out process)
  • Identify Goodyear portfolio performance patterns across A/B/C/D customers by channel and across Hubs, especially in terms of assortment and activation (customer audit consolidated view)|
  • Define according assortment and activation strategy guidance by channel and typology of customers, brief customer activation and engagement teams accordingly.


Lead Brand portfolio trade marketing strategy consistent execution across Hubs and over time

  • Track EMEA trade marketing plans performance over time and recommend corrective actions to hub trade marketing team accordingly
  • Define and briefs CI&A and rest of marketing team on needs for tools, data, and assets to reach our regional and cross hubs trade marketing targets


Guide teams on ad'hoc assortment objectives/push plans execution

  • Gather and share information on assets/ammunitions to achieve specific goals
  • Provide consolidated performance view across Hubs, channel and groups of customers. Identify corrective actions accordingly


Actively support Hub trade marketing teams on category management approach, tools utilization and specific customer meetings

  • Provide ad'hoc support on category management approach, process and tools
  • Support on specific analysis or customer meetings needs, participate to critical ones



  • Work with Hub trade marketing leaders to guide, train and support teams on customer performance understanding and related assortment and activation recommendations
  • Work with Brand leaders to translate regional Brand objectives into Hubs customers KPI's
  • Work with Customer sales activation manager to define activation plans by channel and groups of customers across Hub
  • Work with Customer engagement manager to define engagement plans by channel and groups of customers across Hub
  • Work with Hub revenue management team to share learnings on brand portfolio performance explanations and define corrective actions in R&0 plans
  • Work with Sales content manager to leverage customer performance learnings into sales pitch story telling
  • Works with Sales enablement team to ensure proper cascade of category management approach and tools to a wider audience
  • Work with CI&A team to brief them on data, tools and researches needs


Required skills & experience:

  • Trade Marketing or Data Analyst, preferably in FMCG 
  • More than 3 years of professional experience (preferably 5 years)
  • Very good Excel skills and data understanding 
  • Experience in working with databases (systems) e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau 
  • Very good communication and presentation skills (internal support for Market trade marketing teams) 
  • English proficiency
  • EU nationality 
  • Pro-activeness and problem-solver personality 
  • Experience in multi-cultural environment
