HR Business Partner Poland and Ukraine

Location: Warsaw

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of the employee's life cycle from HR perspective for Sales&Marketing organization,
  • Recruitment process coordination,
  • Cooperation with line managers in the field of associates engagement,
  • Collaborate with the regional and global HR team and to ensure people processes, policies and projects,
  • Contribution to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes,
  • Support for line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline,
  • Associates development process coordination with line managers,
  • Review key business performance targets with business leaders,
  • Reports and analytics of departmental statistics and KPIs,
  • Managing UA Administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a role of HR Business Partner in in international and multidimensional organization,
  • Significant experiences of developing and deploying people interventions and improvements,
  • Proven experience in managing and coaching teams,
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business,
  • Business maturity, ability to handle tight deadlines and ability to multitask differing priorities,
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, change management experience,
  • Fluent English,
  • Excellent labor law knowledge,
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner for Sales&Marketing organization will be an asset.
