Senior Recruiter – EMEA (International Recruitment)
Location: Warsaw, Poland

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead international hiring initiatives across diverse geographies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, cultural values, and talent needs. This senior-level role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, and help deliver a world-class candidate experience while building robust talent pipelines across multiple countries and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for salaried roles across various EMEA countries—intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer.
- Act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders by understanding workforce needs and aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across key markets and disciplines, using market intelligence and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Champion Goodyear’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local and regional talent markets, ensuring consistent, compelling candidate messaging.
- Deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, managing communications, feedback loops, and interview logistics with precision and care.
- Drive process efficiency and compliance using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining data integrity and adhering to local labor laws and internal audit standards.
- Analyze and track recruitment performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, agency usage, etc.) to continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects, including DE&I recruitment efforts, technology upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting team growth across the EMEA region.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities (% of Time / Description):
- 60%: Source, pre-screen, interview, offer, and hire talent by successfully executing the end-to-end recruitment process, pipeline development, and engagement of talent
- 20%: Partner with the business, hiring managers, and HR counterparts to understand the hiring needs and expertly manage TA service delivery to all client groups.
- 10%: Provide talent insights and data-driven recommendations to the business based on TA reports and market information.
- 10%: Participate and/or manage projects and other process improvement initiatives intra-/interdepartmentally.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage international recruitment across a variety of EMEA markets.
- Proven ability to build trust, engage diverse stakeholders, and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, etc.) are highly desirable.
