The Opportunity

The Regional Recruiter is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify, attract and acquire top talent. You will manage and execute end to end recruiting activities to fill positions open in the Europe East Goodyear entities. Success in this role will entail leveraging all recruiting resources, developing sourcing strategies and partnering with the business. You will also be able to continue to develop and contribute to our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence through projects and recruiting councils. We are a large, global team with a lot of room for growth. We work a hybrid, flexible schedule of 2-3 days/week in office and the other days remotely.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Establish/Lead an external candidate sourcing strategy (including social media and other alternative/non-traditional channels). Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners to determine staffing needs. Implement proactive recruiting strategies to attract/develop/retain high-potential talent. Drive recruiting/retention initiatives.
  • Recommend recruiting improvements based on industry best practices.


To Join Our Team You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or equivalent human resources activities
  • Work proficiently with recruiting systems (applicant tracking) and internet resources
  • Understanding of compliance regulations as it relates to the handling of candidates through the recruiting process
  • Experience working with both in-house recruiting teams and contingency search firms
  • Knowledge of best practices in sourcing/recruiting top talent
  • Strong listening skills with high emotional intelligence; ability to comfortably communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in effectively leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed and other job posting websites
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
