Shift Information: Monday-Friday, 1^st or 2^nd shift

• Overtime possible as schedule is work until completion
• Saturday overtime possible with advance notice

The Inventory Specialist is accountable for leading the day-to-day inventory accuracy of the Logistic Center and implementation of inventory, quality control, and corrective action initiatives as required. The ideal candidate will be able to manage quality restrictions impacting inventory, conducti quarterly cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits, and monitor inbound deliveries daily.

• Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere. Dependable job attendance is expected. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED 
• Must be at least 18 years of age  
• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations (i.e., Inventory Control, Quality Control or Supervisory role)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future  
• Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems
• Experience with RF-based cycle-count systems

Work Environment: Distribution Center in Whiteland IN

• The job is within a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, fumes, and noise.
• Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes.
