Primary Purpose of the Position:

Execute and follow up the collaborative Planning Forecast and replenishment program for the main customers. Focus on reducing the processing time and increasing the visibility for the order management.

Main Responsibilities:
-    Responsible by the customer order cycle, improving the customer service level
-    Develop and execute specific actions that bring value to our customers considering each one particularity.
-    Lead the daily operation meeting to manage the order process cycle.
-    Lead the customer service level policy, to guaranty the customer satisfaction.
-    Active support in customer needs, guide the customer requirement inside of the company areas.
-    Support S&OP vision and practices.
-    Ensure orders in BO are fully filled once inventory is available
-    Active part of the S&OP cycle.
-    Be part of the Collaborative process with the Customers- Forecast Collaborative
-    Support the sales returns process, ensuring a correct internal flow between areas
-    Actively support the virtual transition of self-management by the customers, making use of the platforms designed for it.
-    Lead trainings that allow customers knowledge of self-management tools.  

Education: Industrial Engineer or related Bachalor Degree

Experience: 3 years

Knowledge:
Communication skills, service level, ability to Interact with sênior management levels, organizarion, responsability, planning, basic english,Microsoft office tools-SAP
