Primary Purpose
Align HR strategies with business goals, offering guidance on employee relations, performance, organizational development, and HR processes working closely with leadership to drive business success through effective workforce management.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as HRBP for the business: manage positive employee engagement, lead talent development and retention efforts, provide coaching/counseling to leadership team and associates
- Lead diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Create and implement effective workforce planning.
- Provide the organization with processes that facilitate career planning and succession plan management.
- Assist in the development of initiatives that requires change management for projects aligned to the country´s business priorities.
- Advise and support the management team and the line managers within the unit in HR-related areas of their responsibilities and objectives, e.g. performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, dismissal, etc.) or team/individual training needs.
- Advises line managers on involuntary / voluntary exits, performs exit interviews.
- Desing and implementation of wellbeing programs or initiatives to achieve and keep a positive organizational climate.
- Advise the Business Areas in the definition and implementation of the necessary actions and practices, contributing to the Company being perceived as the best option of a high quality of life at work for each of the associates.
- Support the engagement survey and lead the implementation of improvement actions.
- Manage and execute the internal communication strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Education
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer or Human Resources Management
Intermidiate English, written and oral.
Desired:
Master’s in Business Administration or Organizational Development/related areas
Certification in Coaching and evaluation tools
Experience
Required:
5+ years of experience working in human resources acting as Generalist/HRBP
3+ years of experience in HR Manufacturing areas in multinational companies
Matrix organization setup
Skills
Strong business knowledge and ability to connect current and past challenges with strategic business partner function
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Must have energy, charisma, and positive attitude. Should be able to work with peers and others who are not under their direct command line and contribute positively to the performance of the business.
Resilience / tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
