Quality and Delivery Control technician

Primary Purpose of the Position:

• Control deliveries and returns of finish goods.
• Control the inventory of finish goods in the Plant
• Guarantee the quality of the product delivered to the Finish Goods Warehouse.
• Ensure the quality of product in the Finish Goods Warehouse is in optimal conditions to meet the customer needs.
• Validate and control the correct operation of PC-Factory and PMS software.

 
Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver finish goods from Plant to Finish Good Warehouse.
• Make returns of finish goods from Warehouse to Plant when rework is required before dispatch.
• Perform a review of the finish goods for export market
• Verify and correct the production reports of all the machines in PC-Factory
• Perform daily monitoring of the correct operation of PC-Factory and PMS
• Perform weekly inventory of finish goods
• Audit the storage conditions of the finish goods in the Finish Goods Warehouse and containers for dispatch.
• Carry out a committee on defective tires in the Finish Goods Warehouse.
• Receive and document customer returns to the Finish Goods Warehouse.
• Daily audit the quality of the finish goods in Presses, Finial Finish and Finish Goods Warehouse.
• Report timely news of the finish goods to the Quality and/or Logistics Department.

Experience: 

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing jobs.
• Education & Certifications:
• Required: Industrial or logistic technologist.
• Desired: Industrial Engineer.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate level).
Desired: SAP Knowledge.
