Sales Representative Truck Croatia

Location: Zagreb, Croatia 

Main responsibilities:

• grow corporate market position (new tires, retreads and fleets) by developing a user "pull effect" territory marketing strategy and by developing a strong and reliable Goodyear dealer network;
• identify new sales opportunities/customer development in the areas;
• develop the Truck Force network, select, train and manage the appointed dealers;
• manage and control all aspect of Truck Force franchise operation;
• propose Credit limit for assigned customers and follow up and acts on past dues; 
• support relationship with key fleets & promotion of all Goodyear's products and services to the fleet level doing regular fleet visits;
• become expert and advisor of fleets through regular fleet checks, presenting the results and the economical advantage of Goodyear's products and services;
• become expert of Goodyear's products and services in order to support Goodyear added values to both dealers and fleets;
• support all aspects of the sales activity with other departments (finance, customer service, etc.,) in order to meet/exceed customer expectations.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Master’s degree or graduate degree of economical /technical/engineering field                 
• English knowledge (written and verbal);
• product technical knowledge;
• sales experiences represent advantage, experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• working as a team member;
• very good communication and negotiation skills;
• proactive approach and be deliver results oriented;
• know how to use MS Office tools
• Driver's license: B category
