Job Descriptions

 

  • Management and development of the existing dealers. Finding new dealers for all brands and consumer as well as commercial dealers in his/her territory. Cancellation of dealership of inactive dealers. Training the sales force of the dealers.
  • Responsible for regular visits to dealers in the region to ensure the effective management.
  • Following up performance of all dealers in his/her territory.
  • Monitoring and reporting market trends and competition activities covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities.
  • Announcement of activities and campaigns which are prepared by marketing and trade marketing departments to dealer organizations and follow up the implementation.
  • Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial targets and market share targets.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
  • Preferably 3-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English  
  • B type driver’s license and active driver
  • Mobility is essential
  • Military service should be completed for male candidates.
