Job Descriptions
- Management and development of the existing dealers. Finding new dealers for all brands and consumer as well as commercial dealers in his/her territory. Cancellation of dealership of inactive dealers. Training the sales force of the dealers.
- Responsible for regular visits to dealers in the region to ensure the effective management.
- Following up performance of all dealers in his/her territory.
- Monitoring and reporting market trends and competition activities covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities.
- Announcement of activities and campaigns which are prepared by marketing and trade marketing departments to dealer organizations and follow up the implementation.
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial targets and market share targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
- Preferably 3-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Effective communication skills in both written and oral
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English
- B type driver’s license and active driver
- Mobility is essential
- Military service should be completed for male candidates.
