JOB DESCRIPTION
• Management and development of the existing channels and finding new dealers in his/her territory in align with Master Distribution Plan
• Responsible for regular field visits to dealers in the region to ensure the effective management
• Following up performance of all dealers and prospect pipeline in his/herterritory
• Prepare fleet customer pipeline for the responsible territory and create a prioritization to define the focus customers. Do regular fleet visits according to prioritization to promote Goodyear brands, do the technical follow-up at selected fleets and capture sales opportunities
• Monitoring and reporting market trends covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities and update CRM on weekly basis
• Accountability of activities and campaigns which are prepared by marketing department to dealer organizations and follow-up the implementation
• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial and market share targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration and/or engineering
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in a similar industry
• Effective communication skills in both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in English
• B type driver’s license and active driver
• Mobility is essential
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
